What are the most challenging aspects of your job at
jp morgan chase?
The most challenging would definitley be handeling customer disputes. In today's economy, many people are finding themselves in financial binds. This rapid decline in the economy, causes many people to become frustrated and impatient. At Chase, we handle clients from all walks of life. Regularly, I would have to negotiate with the clients while respecting company policies to try and reach a neutral resolution where neither the customer or the company were at a loss. This was most difficult when we were understaffed and had a high volume of transactions to process. Finding a balance of helping the customer with their financial concerns and providing prompt service to others at the same time was extremely challenging. The key to overcoming this, was to develop a system in which multi-tasking was the key....

How would you describe what you did at
jp morgan chase?
I aided in the development of the company. I aided in the improvement of customer/employee relations , by utilizing my exceptional multi-tasking abilities, as well as my outstanding customer service skills. I had many responsibilites such as ordering account products and processing night-drop transactions and printing out the activity log. One of the most important jobs I had, was to maintain client confidentiality, while keeping those documents secured....

Personality is the key, I would have to say. If you are someone who is social, great with people and have a desire to be a team player, Chase is the perfect career for you. Chase depends on the type of relationship they develop with their clients. Those who posess patience and knowledge, as well as exceptional multi-tasking abilities are perfect for a job at Chase....

I was a member last year. I was suckered into $89 temporary membership. Today I was called and informed that I was one of 1% of professional women to be chosen to be recognized for my outstanding achievements. I was told I was chosen for my overall success in my social and professional environments. To honor me I was going to have my biography and photo featured in the January 2010 NAPW news letter. I was told it was a very big honor, yada, yada, yada. All of this was predicated on the renewal of my membership for $1,995. Needless to say, I said "NO THANKYOU!". Professional Women Beware....
