I had many different areas with in that building, the biggest thing that I had to worry about was taking care of the customer, ensuring that I was there to take care of them, my staffing and merchandise levels were where they needed to be, ensuring that I could resolve their issues, P&L responsibilities, cycle counting, holding my department manager accountable, and ensuring that the store turned a profit.
