What are the most challenging aspects of your job at
SprayCool?
The toughest aspects of my job at SprayCool was that their really was not a good ERP system. To work around this automation issue, I reconfigured Salesforce.com Service and Support module to keep track of not only trouble tickets, but I tweaked the system to be able to handle reliability data, inventory, and configuration management.
