Jobster includes an unusually large number of bloggers for a company our size. One of the ways we keep up with each other is by reading each other's blogs.

Reading someone's blog gives you the chance to learn about them (and their philosophy, ideas, travels and experiences) in a way that is different than and complementary to meeting face to face.
