I think each of my recruiting jobs have been challenging because the game is constantly morphing and changing; the inclination is to react when the need is to be a game changer who is a strategic partner. It is constantly creating value with people who don't place a value on recruiting. It is kind of like plumbing that way. You don't realize how important it is until it stops working! I wish I could have a better state of affairs but only recruiters really "get" me.
