- Supervised the day-to-day operations of the call center and team of sales reps, including coaching and training staff. - Maintained and managed client database through ACT! - Coordinated and executed product launches, promos, direct mail campaigns (hard copy and email), webinars & other customer events. - Planned, coordinated and managed successful trade show participation, including booth design layout, graphics & collateral materials, as well as analyzed, produced and distributed post-show reports. - Assisted in updating company websites as well as responsible for the distribution of all leads generated through those websites. - Tracked and analyzed daily and monthly sales volume, talk-time and content of reps phone conversations with customers. - Developed, generated and distributed reports on daily and monthly sales information. - Worked with C.O.O. and other upper management to execute effective strategies to exceed previous sales and profit margins.
