What's the secret to getting hired at Claria?

Getting hired onto my server development team required candidates to demonstrate their ability to react quickly and logically to common programming challenges and system architecture issues. Communicating clearly was extremely important. Being able to speak confidently about past experiences was absolutely necessary.
