How would you describe what you did at Boy Scouts of America?

Managed a group of 21 youth members, which included Vice Chiefs, committee chairmen, and chapter chiefs. Ran three highly successful induction weekends and one fellowship weekend with approximately 200-300 members in attendence. Performed many other highly intense tasks, such as membership/dues drives, elections, and much more.
