The opportunity to work with tremendously talented people who are committed to helping people all over the world master their financial situations. I want to be surrounded by smart, ambitious, talented, creative and committed people who are always forward-thinking, and who push me to flex beyond my existing skills. That's what I expected, and that's what happens each day. Plus the occasional keg party on the outside balcony.
