* Establishment of a newly formed Detroit Market for Permanent IT Search group.
* Provide leading companies Executive Search services for difficult to find skills in Technical roles.
* Responsible for conducting candidate screening, interviewing, skill assessment, and profile matching to client job order requests.
* Provide advisory services to clients needing assistance developing job descriptions, creating effective interview/offer processes, and establishing metrics which track the effectiveness and compliance regulations of recruiting.
* Responsible for building new business by identifying new clients.
* Development of staff and providing counseling to less experienced recruiter/sales managers. Instruction on how to effectively recruit passive candidates.
