Recruiter for Information Technology contractors in the Rochester/Buffalo/Syracuse NY area. Responsible for the recruitment and retention of IT consultants placed at client sites on short and long term contracts.
Responsible for marketing Teksystems contract and outsourcing services to clients in Rochester and Southern Tier of NY. Also, managed 2 full-time Technical Recruiters and participated in recruiting efforts. Major clients included: IBM, Corning Inc, Xerox, Kodak, Heidelberg Digital, CompUSA, Johnson & Johnson, Citigroup, West Group, as well as numerous lower and middle market companies.
