Managed a development-based operational environment, including product/workstation/server implementation and management. Provided configuration management, release management, and managed architectural changes for an enterprise Claim-Adjudication Workflow/Imaging operation (utilized NT and HP Unix Platforms, FileNet, Sybase, PowerBuilder). Functionally managed 7 employees/contractors.
* Rationalized development support function into overall corporate support infrastructure, resulting in immediate headcount and budget savings to organization of over $1MM annually.
