Direct interaction with customers. Installation, maintenance and remote/onsite trouble shooting of terrestrial and broadband networks.
Operational Support for NOC (24x7). This include effective liaison with customers & working in conjunction with field operations and engineering staff. To analyze the operations of corporate network and to report on quality of Service, to submit & manage correction or improvement plans as & when necessary. To oversee, manage and implement a project from pre-sales to FAT. To ensure the project is executable and to achieve project objectives in terms of quality, schedule, cost and customer satisfaction. Planning and controlling of survey, installation, testing, commissioning, material and logistics forwarding including delivery of equipment to site.
