How would you describe what you did at The Hartford Insurance Company?

Mail Clerk; Processed and distributed incoming mail, pulled files and delivered to adjusters, prepared files for closed storage.
Customer Service Representative; took inbound calls for a center of 350+ employees via ACD system, set up new losses, maintained data integrity by correcting coding errors in electronic files.
Claim Representative (Inside); handled personal and commerical losses up to $500,000.00, maintained data base of and interpreted several different commerical and personal policy forms and endorsements, identified files with subrogation or salvage potential, referred files as necessary to Special Investigation Unit, composed coverage declination letters.
Claim Representative (outside/field); job duties same as inside claim representative however, also responsible for scheduling appointments, inspecting damages, writing damage estimates, maintain expense account, maintain log for company vehicle
