How would you describe what you did at university of georgia?

Research and product development projects using peanuts in various forms. Nutritional analysis of peanut beverage. Sensory analysis of extruded peanut chips, filled tarts, coated peanuts, peanut beverage.
Presented poster and oral papers in international conferences.
Published two papers in Journal of Sensory studies and International journal of food science and technology.
