How would you describe what you did at
Keane?
While I was working with Keane Inc, I supported Windows 95, Internet Explorer, All of Microsoft's Peripherals, Drivespace and Peer-to-Peer Networking over the phone. This required strong ability to translate very complex technical procedures and problems to people ranging from laymen to full-blown computer professionals. This required patience, strong diplomatic skills, strong analytical skills and the ability to re-work and re-create technical procedures in your head.
