Sapient is a leading business and technology consultancy. Opened in 2000, Sapient AG is the German branch of Sapient's global delivery network. Studio Archetype was an industry-leading design firm, which was acquired by Sapient in the fall of 1998.

Founded and led the design department in the new German office, being ultimately for creative direction, practice development and client satisfaction. Responsibilities also included hiring, employee reviews and career management. Clients include Yello Strom, Siemens.com, Xerox.com, Hallmark.com, Virginmobile.co.uk, Bestbuy.com and Walmart.com.
