What are the three things that provide you satisfaction in your work?
Working for a mission-driven not-for-profit is incredibly satisfying on its own, but my all-time three are:
1. Improving healthcare and hopefully reducing disparities
2. Being challenged every single day
3. Working with inspiring colleagues.
