How would your co-workers describe you?
I hope they'd say: I get the right stuff done, on time. I'm laser focused on both business and technical goals. I try to keep pointless meetings short and on topic. I obsess about the user experience.
But they'd probably say: I like to end long email threads by opening up bugs. I put my foot in my mouth all the time at meetings. I wear the same outfit 2 or 3 days in a row.
