What was your best interview experience like?
Interviewing for Jobster. They didn't even ask for my resume. It started as an informal lunch with the CTO and the only other web dev at the time, where we tossed around ideas on how to apply technology to the recruiting problem-space. Later in the week, I came in to the office a few times, for 2 or 3 interviews each. The whole time it was very low pressure, more like I was getting to meet my future teammates and solve problems with/for them.
