What's your dream job?
In many ways, I am doing my dream job. I help people land great jobs, and I help good companies locate the talent they need to become great. My favorite part of my job is consulting with business owners and managers on their strategy, learning about how they solve problems, and helping them wherever I can--with ideas, or networking, or (of course) hiring.
