What advice do you have for someone who wants a job like yours?
You need incredible listening skills--even when it's boring.
Communicate better and keep in touch with everyone.
Blog.
Help people find jobs and see if the thrill you get feels like something you'd be interested in having again soon.
Find passions that you can get deeply involved in--you'll need 'em for the stress relief :)
Learn to see people for what they can be, not what they are.
