Advent is a great place to work. The culture is work-hard and play-hard. The company takes great strides in being competitive in the marketplace (e.g. we just launched a company-wide increase in vacation time program. New hires now get three weeks instead of two!).
People and their development are valued a great deal. It is easy to come in, do great work, and feel that what you do has an impact. I would highly recommend looking at Advent if it matches your career interests.
