What was your best interview experience like?
My best interniew was given by a manager of O'charley's. I was so nervous, i was knew in town, coming from a small town to nashville. he looked at me for maybe 3 minutes without saying anything. finaly, i asked what was wrong. he laughed and said he wanted to see how long i could go without blinking! the rest of the hour long interview, we talked about movies, books, bad job stories.. it was so fun!
