What are the most rewarding aspects of your job?

Meeting or exceeding expectations -- be it the client, or manager, or even peers and direct reports. It is truly rewarding to see a client's face light up with joy because of something I did that fulfilled their needs, or the realization on a direct report's face when they grasp something I've explained.
