What advice would you give to a new employee at
Vurv?
Hold on to your hat... This company has many clients and is growing all the time. There is plenty of work to keep the weeks flying by quickly! The best advice is get to know the product you are working with inside and out - As with all ATS's, Vurv has more functionality than is typically used by any one company. The key is recognizing how to grow the product within a customer site so they are utilizing the functionality to its fullest potential.
