What did you learn along the way at
SolutionsIQ?
One of the things that I learned is that contractors at Microsoft live in a weird limbo state. They have responsibility for the projects they are assigned to, but no real power. SolutionsIQ was good about backing me up when needed, but the overall placement at Microsoft was a great education about the way that company works, and the trade-offs you make to work there as a contractor.
