What advice do you have for someone looking for their first job out of college?
Conduct as many informational interviews as possible. Not only does this help you understand what people do across a variety of industries, but it's the fastest way to find an interesting job. Demand (or strongly urge) that every person with whom who you speak give you 3 additional contacts.
