What advice do you have for someone looking for their first job out of college?

I would start with a good resume and do a lot of research, use instruments like www.jigsaw.com, www.spoke.com, www.xing.com www.linkedin.com spend a lot of time networking, and keeping in touch with people, buy a copy of the book, The One Stop Job Search
