What advice do you have for someone looking for their first job out of college?
Before you submit a resume or go on an interview, do your research. Find out everything you possibly can about the company you are interested in. Know about the culture, the dress code, who the key players are, etc. But, most importantly, know your field better than the next guy coming in behind you and the one that came before.
