What advice do you have for someone looking for their first job out of college?
Look for companies that offer training programs!! That's the key to getting over the hump for recent grads. The ultimate catch 22 is that you can't get experience without experience, so this is the best way to get your foot in the door and work your way up! How do you get into the training program you might ask?!? Network, Network, Network!!
