What advice do you have for someone looking for their first job out of college?
Evaluate all of your experience, including volunteer and internship activities. Be able to communicate how each job or activity corresponds to a skill set needed in your target job. Many skills such as demonstrating the ability to follow through assignments, problem solving and team work can be demonstrated in a variety of environments. Be ready to show how you have demonstrated those qualities.
