How would you describe what you did at Waggener Edstrom Worldwide?

* Provided strategic business partnership in direct support of both a Senior Vice President and practice group Director in partnership with appropriate agency resources. Performed a variety of executive administrative tasks and special projects in support of planning, business priorities, reports, and team management.
* Reflected an appropriate approach to and consideration of high-level relationships, an understanding of the intersections between internal and external customer needs and comprehension of agency business practices and value proposition.
* Acted proactively on behalf of Executives where necessary in supporting his/her efforts with regard to agency goals and priorities. Acted as a liaison between Executive team members and staff, editors, clients and vendors.
* Screened incoming calls, correspondence, interoffice materials; determine priority and compose messages/reply to receiver on behalf of Executive as appropriate. Used judgment when processing Executive team member's e-mail. Offered insight or additional context where necessary to assist Executive in decision-making.

* Managed Executive's calendar, planned complex travel for multi-city press tours with high-profile clients, ensuring all details were accurately included in itinerary and logistics were carried out flawlessly.

* Processed Executive's expense reports for timely reimbursement.
