How would you describe what you did at
DFI / USAID?
* Conducted this project with an international volunteer; established operational policies and manual of procedures necessary to smooth the project operations; designed the first volunteer database system for the staff program, enabling them to track areas of expertise and work history of potential volunteers.
* Designed Excel spreadsheet to summarize potential beneficiaries and service provider contact
* Held meetings with all potential beneficiaries to explain how to fill the Request Of Proposal posted in the newspapers, and the website
* Assisted in the redesigning process for all marketing tools for the Program
* Worked with the website designer to create a tailored website for the Program
* Worked with an international volunteer, including printers, graphic artists to create the "DFI Branding kit" standardize logo, business cards, DFI drill???)
* Facilitated DFI to participate to relevant events for it marketing, generated significant response at promotional booths. (Agriculture Forum, SINEC, SME Caravan???)
* Assisted the volunteer coordinator during the recruitment
