DaimlerChrysler?
oPrincipal in developing the strategy to recruit 400+ temporary and part-time hourly candidates for DaimlerChrysler's parts distribution centers and manufacturing plants throughout the US, lowering both cost per hire and time to fill. oDirected the recruitment of 200+ salaried supervisors at DaimlerChrysler's manufacturing plants throughout the US, this effort included all levels of management. oHelped drive over 19,000 college candidates through DaimlerChrysler's college internship program for the summer of 2007, lowering both cost per hire and time to fill. oCommunicate job offers and rejections both verbally and in writing to candidates. Ensure that pre-employment hiring requirements are met including drug screens, background and reference checks, offers are properly approved and EEOC/FCC documentation is properly maintained. oUtilize and maintain the accuracy of the data in DaimlerChrysler's Applicant Tracking System. Ensure records and files are maintained in accordance with state and federal employment laws.
