Administer the Amex's 401k plan. Conduct benefit orientation. Reconcile and process premiums for all benefits monthly. First line of contact for all employees and retirees regarding benefits. Process all payroll changes relating to benefits. Administer the group dental, medical and life insurance programs as well as short and long term disability claims, workers compensation claims and all FMLA matters. Assist the Managing Director of HR in administration of the retirement plan. Coordinate the annual open enrollment process. Interact with carriers on claim issues. Assist the SVP of HR in employee relations issues as far as investigating claims and interviewing employees. Project manage the audit and 5500 processes for the retirement and 40lk plans.
