At the moment I don't have very exciting plans, I have to admit that I've been lucky enough to have had an exciting autumn, winter and spring!

The only plan I have at the moment is to go back home to Sardinia, enjoy the beach, the food and my friends, and read as much as possible.

I'd also like to re-read the book "Performance Measurement & Control Systems for Implementing Strategy" (find more about on Google Book Search: http://tinyurl.com/2lx32m ) which helped me a lot in my current job already and where I hope to find further inspiration to improve my company performance.
