How would you describe what you did at University of California - Berkeley?

I was active in the battle to keep Ethnic Studies as a autonomous department. Also community projects that involved recruiting students to attend Cal, mediating problems between numerous ethnic and class groups and found solutions to student problems on campus with a conglomerate of other students. I also tutored and mentored students while attending Cal.
