How would you describe what you did at Boy Scouts of America?

I worked at a Boy Scout Summer Camp for seven summers. In this position I served as an Area Director overseeing a staff and scouts that camp into my area for merit badges.

Eventually I was premoted to Head Camp Commissioner and my responsibilities included organization camp-wide emergency drills, leading emergency procedures, organizing staff incentives, serving as a PR and Marketing person for scoutmasters, program planner and maintenance person assigning camp-wide service projects.
