How would you describe what you did at CapitalOne Bank Network Operations Center?

*Monitors and supports the many Network Devices that make up the Capital One Network Infrastructure.
*Ensures the availability of Enterprise-wide applications and network resources.
*Supports all CapitalOne Bank, ATM's & BackOffice branches, providing 2nd level technical support.
*Works collaboratively with 3rd, - 4th level Technical support teams to ensure connectivity to the many devices that make up the CapitalOne Bank Network system.
*Maintains the Change and Configuration Management process for the IT segment of CapitalOne Bank.
*Ensures compliance of Sarbanes-Oxley regulatory applications through the HP Open View Service Desk client.
*Authors, updates and catalogs documentation for Network Operations Center & Change and Configuration Management team including applications installation instructions, support/ escalation procedures and process flowcharts and network maps.
*Assesses and mitigates risk associated with enterprise wide system configuration changes, maintenance, and upgrades.
*Manages the change control process, and serves as a liaison between various IT groups in an effort to meet audit and risk requirements.
*Leads daily Change and Configuration management enterprise-wide meeting.
