*Administered a multi-server / 1500 client Windows NT, '95, and '98 Network.
*Delivered superior customer support, working to resolve production desktop, and support laptop needs.
*Improved performance of entire network, in an effort to ensure key business indicators were met.
*Updated and improved corporate intranet website.
*Planned and implemented center-wide MS Outlook '98 e-mail conversion.
*Assisted team with Y2K compliance testing and rollout.
*Installed packages and upgrades via SMS Administrator.
*Maintained and organized incremental client/server tape backup system.
*Authored and updated documentation and trained other NT/ UNIX Administrators.
