Managed Circuit City's implementation of PlanView, a Web-based collaborative project, resource, and budget management tool. Responsible for Microsoft Project Server 2003 instance including all levels of support and administration.

Accomplishments
- Managed multiple version upgrades and a hardware environment upgrade for PlanView.
- Developed the service level agreement, release policy and the disaster recovery plans for all tools supported.
- Performed a detailed assessment of the PlanView implementation.
- Reconfigured the PlanView implementation from a single program based configuration to an enterprise configuration.
- Developed help desk, configuration management, and change management processes in support of PlanView.
