How would you describe what you did at THE FLECTO COMPANY?

Designed, directed and executed VARATHANE brand's strategic marketing plan and $3 million budget. Developed and executed strategies that increased profits, built brand awareness and supported sales efforts. Supervised marketing team and outside agencies.

Major Contributions:
* Engineered and implemented most profitable new product launch in company's 60-year history. First year's sales exceeded the forecast by 170% and the plan became the model for new product launches.
* Designed and executed company's most successful consumer promotion for an existing product. Promotion received over 15% redemption rate (compared to industry average of 2%).
* Directed largest product launch in company history, including product development, budgets, packaging, merchandising, promotions and advertising for 6 new lines. Launch came in one time and under budget.
* Surpassed sales and profitability projections an average of 30% per year, never exceeding budget.
