How would you describe what you did at lifelink?

I do medical records and general office things. I also the secretary for the Rehabilitation unit Doctor. I am also a recepecest for the front desk. I did the inputing for new admits. Also do things for the Nurses. Do Customer service. Deal with family and residents problems with in my means.
