The college I attended was for non traditional students working in the field. Although I took many academic courses I also had to prove my 'competency' in a variety of areas in order to receive my BA. It was during a time of experimental education and the college had experts from the various universities throughout the Boston area teaching their specialties to the students in the College of Public and Community Studies. Most of us went on to successfully complete graduate schools including Harvard Law School
