National Gateworks?
Primary responsibilities: To oversee the daily operations of the company. This would include a hand on approach working closely with all departments from the administration and sales department to the manufacturing, finishing and distribution facility. Responsibilities include: Interviewing, hiring and training employees. Planning, assigning and directing work. Appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees along with employee performance reviews. Address personnel requests such as time off, sick time and vacations. Keeping records and reports concerning interviews, hires promotions, terminations, and performance reviews. Compile weekly and monthly reports gauging the progress of sales revenue, and plant production. Design and implement policies, procedures, and/or department documentation to ensure continuity between all departments. Develop and monitor quality assurance standards, procedures, and methods for manufacturing operations and company product standards.
