To maintain and upkeep the Tech Support Department of FriendFinder Inc. Interviewing and hiring of staff. Maintaining schedule. Trouble shooting. Public relations. Middle management responsibility. Buffer between the upper management and shift managers. Maintaining productivity in the tech crews. On call 24 hours a day. Reviewing and discipline when required.
