How would you describe what you did at Frost & Sullivan?

Major Account Manager

My job responsibilities included sales of market research reports and business consulting services to telecommunications companies. My job required excellent written and verbal communications including listening, public speaking, and proposal writing. Work with large business customers such as AT&T, Verizon, NTT, Sprint, and Verizon Wireless. Because my job responsibilities included sales and account management, I was responsible for approximately $1,000,000
dollars in sales revenue annually. Revenue results were:
February to December 2000 - $1.1 million in sales
2001 - $930K in sales
2002 - $920K in sales
2003 - $880K in sales
2004 - $993K in sales
2005 - $1.4M in sales

Demonstrated excellence managing customer relationships and consistently exceeded annual sales objectives. Negotiated annual research agreements, managed customer service, and developed professional proposals for research and consulting projects.
