Clients appreciate working with me because of my expertise in finding and landing talent. Potential candidates take my phone calls because I treat them as true professionals, not as applicants. Every candidate I speak with can be assured that all communications are kept confidential. I have thorough knowledge of each client and opening I commit to fill: consequently candidates can get the background information necessary to properly evaluate a potential job. While the majority of candidates I recruit are satisfied with their current employer, they are interested in developing a relationship with me because I get to understand their aspirations and quietly share with them opportunities that can enhance and progress their career. I will help them evaluate potential opportunities and discuss whether or not they would be beneficial to their career. I work with medical and biotech companies who need talented marketing professionals in order to grow and be successful. I do not rely on posting job advertisements and pulling resumes off of the internet: I finetune each search to meet the specific needs of the client. I research companies from which the ideal candidate would come, proactively recruiting superior candidates who fit the job. I work efficiently and effectively to offer the highest quality service to each of my clients. I graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor's degree in Management. I attended courses full-time in the evenings and weekends while maintaining a full-time job in the recruiting industry. I have led "best practices" discussions at Executive Search Association meetings and have written articles for recruiting trade publications.
85%+ of the candidates I help my clients hire were not actively looking for a new position when I first approached them. I continously develop new relationships with Marketing Professionals in the medical, biotech and biopharm industries keeping them abreast of situations that would be a step up for their career.
