How would you describe what you did at
Simon & Schuster?
This was my initial introduction to the world of publishing and I fell in love!! I was the assistant to the Marketing Manager of the Simon & Schuster print, and participated in executing the various marketing plans for the titles. This included creating mailings, compiling contact lists, responding to queries about the titles. I also participated in the weekly marketing meetings, where ideas for marketing campaigns were born.
